With the aim of continuing to analyze the evolution of e-government in local bodies, the AOC Consortium has published the 8th report on e-Government (PDF; 123KB), corresponding to the data for January 2012. This report has updated the data collected in previous reports and incorporated two new parameters: citizen folder and electronic dashboard.
According to this report, currently 278 municipalities have a bulletin board or edicts on their website (29,4% of the total), and in the case of county councils are 16 (39% of the total) , although not all meet all the requirements of current regulations. It is for this reason that the AOC Consortium has developed the e-TAULER service, which allows the publication and electronic consultation of edicts and announcements, both of matters of local competence and from other public administrations, in an integrated way at the headquarters. body electronics.
Regarding the data that we can highlight with respect to the previous report (October 2011) are:

The considerable increase in entities that send electronic notifications has risen from 87 to 126 town councils (4,10% more) and from 19 to 22 county councils.

In the same way, the number of entities that use the electronic invoice continues to increase: an increase from 96 to 118 town councils (2,4% more) and from 25 to 27 county councils.

The progressive advance of new electronic headquarters, are already 135 municipalities (3% more) and 7 county councils, two more than the previous report.

Increase from 246 to 303 town halls that are transferees of data from other administrations (increase of 6%), a figure that now representa 32% of all town councils. And there are already 791 town councils (83,5% of the total) that transfer their municipal population register electronically to other administrations.

Finally, 128 town councils and 38 county councils make use of security services through the preventive analysis of external vulnerabilities, the CESICAT security service that can be requested through the AOC Consortium.
