La electronic public procurement guide, prepared by theInformation Security Observatory, offers practical information to all those involved in the public procurement process, that is, Public Administration (contracting entities) and tenderers or suppliers.

The complete guide is available in Spanish and there is one executive summary in english. There is also an informative video of the guide that summarizes the key points of e-procurement.
