The AOC holds a workshop to improve the experience of digital natives with regard to digital public services
The DOGC published this on March 15, 2012 Order by which the modification of the application of the
Platform for public procurement services, motivated by the incorporation into the Platform of new functionalities, complementary to those already existing, such as, among others, the creation of a bidder profile, a meeting space for companies for the purposes to offer and look for collaborations to access the tenders and of an innovation box where the companies can send to the public buyers the technological novelties that find available in the market, as well as of the necessary tools for the presentation proposals, such as the digital envelope and the electronic auction, with the aim of completing the construction of the comprehensive electronic procurement system. (Bulletin of the Advisory Board for Administrative Procurement of the Generalitat de Catalunya of March 15, 2012).From the AOC Consortium we want to make an observation. At the December 19, 2011 session of the AOC Consortium Executive Committee, it was agreed to revert to the AOC Consortium the common e-government services hitherto managed by CATCert, including the Electronic Signature Support Services and to incorporate the AOC consortium the material, economic and human resources corresponding to the management of these services. As a result, the services mentioned in the aforementioned CATCert Order are understood to be transferred to the AOC Consortium.
