New procedures linked to ARCO rights by town councils and county councils

As of today, they are now available to all town councils and county councils (via e-TRAM and e-TRAC) four new electronic procedures associated with ARCO rights management.

Specifically they are the procedures for Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (the so-called ARCO rights), available to citizens who, through digital certificate authentication, want to electronically exercise their rights linked to Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and Royal Decree 1720 / 2007, thus facilitating the management of your personal data.

These four new procedures were activated last month at the headquarters of the AOC Consortium and Catcert, but now there is the possibility of having them available for all town halls and county councils. To make the request, simply fill in the modification form and send it via EACAT.
