Modification of the traffic law: new mandatory term

Last Friday, May 25, the Council of Ministers approved the Decree-Law 19/2012 which amends the traffic law. The highlight is that an extension is given to local governments until 25 May 2014 to notify by electronic means the traffic sanctions and the publications in the TESTRA.

However, from the AOC Consortium we continue to work with all the local administrations involved to finalize the implementation tasks and launch this service, since it substantially reduces notification costs compared to notifications carried out on paper and therefore representa a significant saving for administrations.
