The AOC participates in the GovTech conference on local innovation at the service of citizens
More than 170 municipalities in Catalonia have already joined the electronic traffic sanction board service (TESTRA) of the General Directorate of Traffic where notifications of traffic sanctions that could not be practiced at the home of the interested party, which allows them to save on the costs associated with publishing in official newspapers.
All these councils use the service of the AOC Consortium to send the publications to TESTRA, through access to the EACAT portal or integration of web services. This service is now possible apply for.

More than 18.000 notifications of traffic fines with e-NOTUM this 2012
The service eNOTUM allows the Catalan administrations to be notified of traffic fines by electronic means in accordance with Law 18/2009, of 23 November, which modifies the articulated text of the Law on traffic, movement of motor vehicles and road safety. Currently 176 Catalan public bodies are using this service and more than 18.000 notifications of traffic fines have already been made.
The current regulations determine the obligation to establish the telematic channel for the notification of sanctions for legal entities and citizens who have expressly given their consent, from the entry into force of this Law which is 'has recently been extended until May 25, 2014.
The Catalan Traffic Service (SCT) uses the e-NOTUM service of the AOC Consortium, which makes it possible according to Law 18/2009 that Catalan local entities that manage traffic sanctions can also use this tool to notify.
