Llagostera City Council has put into operation its electronic headquarters accessible from https://www.seu.cat/llagostera. Unlike the municipal corporate website, ownership of the electronic Headquarters entails responsibility for the integrity, veracity and updating of information and services by the Llagostera City Council.
The general notice board, pending public information, minutes of plenary meetings of the last 5 years, online procedures, the profile of the contractor, information on municipal budgets and ordinances are available on the electronic website. The information available at the Headquarters will soon be expanded by integrating the catalog of procedures and all the municipal planning information.
With the launch of the electronic Headquarters, Llagostera City Council takes another step to comply with Law 11/2007, of June 22, on citizens' electronic access to public services (LAECSP).
To make this possible, it has used the electronic headquarters service platform offered free of charge by the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia (AOC Consortium) and will soon integrate theeTAULER, another service of the AOC Consortium that allows the publication and management of electronic edicts via the Internet. TheeTAULER is a certified publication tool with automation associated with the management of the publication of edicts, such as the control of exposure periods to guarantee exposure times and the integrity of the information.
