AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review
The Paeria has been offering online procedures since 2003 and currently has a catalog of 770 types of electronic procedures available to companies and citizens.
Online procedures are accessible through the page Paeria website or from one's own City Council Electronic Office. Many of the online procedures can also be done through tablets and smartphones.
Data on the use of online procedures by citizens and companies indicates a considerable increase in recent years. The first electronic procedures were launched in January 2003. At that time, there were about 38 procedures available online. Nine years later, the 100% online procedure number 100.000 has been completed.
Lleida City Council offers three types of procedures: The citizen can solve them without having to go to any municipal unit.
- 100% online: The citizen can solve them without going to any municipal unit.
- Partially online: The citizen saves some travel, but at some point in the procedure its presence in a municipal unit is required.
- Informative: These only provide information and the necessary forms or documentation, having to be done by the citizen in person.

- 26.500 procedures resolved entirely online.
- 1.981.605 user processing sessions.
- 21.134 sessions held by users in the "Citizen Folder".
- 5.890 sessions performed by users in the "Company Folder".
