The City Council of Vall de Bianya initially approves the Ordinance regulating e-government.

The Plenary Session of the City Council, in an ordinary session held on January 18, 2012, initially approved theOrdinance regulating electronic administration at Vall de Bianya City Council.

In compliance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the bases of the local regime, article 178 of Legislative Decree 2/2003, of 28 April, by which approves the revised text of the Municipal Law and Local Regime of Catalonia, and 63 of Decree 179/1995, of 13 June, opens a period of public information for a period of 30 days by announcement in the BOP, DOGC, in one of the written media and on the bulletin board of the City Council, for the formulation of claims and allegations.

If the initial agreement is not presented, it will become final and will be published in full in the Official Gazette of the province.
