Extremadura's budget law promotes the electronic processing of tax files

Law 1/2012, of 24 January, of General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura promotes confidence in electronic processing and transparència in budget execution.

In relation to electronic processing, article 4 of the same law, establishes that the competent councilor in matters of finance will regulate by order the electronic management of own and assigned taxes, as well as the characteristics of the receipts of telematic payment of the self-assessments and proof of receipt of electronic copies of public deeds sent to the administration.

At the same time, by virtue of an exercise of transparència In budget execution, the publication on the electronic headquarters of the Junta de Extremadura is established of the execution of the budget of all entities in the regional public sector with a limited budget.
