The Diputació de Girona is joining the e-TRAM to promote its electronic relationship with the public

Since last July, the Girona Provincial Council has had the e-TRAM active on its website (www.ddgi.cat), and offers it to the public as a means of electronic communication.

The configuration that has been carried out for the Provincial Council facilitates the electronic submission of generic requests (instances), with prior authentication by the citizen using a digital certificate (idCat, DNIe, FNMT...), and as with any e-TRAM, citizens also have the possibility of checking the status of their processing by accessing the citizen folder provided by the service.

It should also be noted that for the Girona Provincial Council, e-TRAM makes the entry entries against the Provincial Council's Electronic Registry, in this case the solution ERES also provided by the AOC Consortium.
