Interoperate. An opportunity to improve public services, reduce costs, increase transparència and the competitiveness of our economy

The AOC Consortium, in collaboration with the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, has produced a video showing how the use of all the tools and services currently available, allow, now, to simplify as much as possible the administrative procedure, guaranteeing the right of citizens not to provide documentation that is in the possession of public administrations and access to public services by electronic means.

The procedure exemplified is the application for home care services applying social pricing criteria.

See the video.

The data required from other administrations for the preparation of technical reports generated during the processing of the file are obtained through "Via Oberta”, which allows, subject to prior agreement and guaranteeing the consent of citizens, access to the data necessary for processing.
