Spain falls to 23rd place. in the UN eGovernment survey

In the last report 'United Nations E-Government Survey 2012: E-Government for the People' published recently by the United Nations notes a decline in the place of Spain in the ranking of states in 23rd place. In the previous report, in 2010, the Spanish position was in 9th place. The first position is still occupied by the Republic of Korea.
