The deadline to obtain the electronic notification of the cadastral review ends on September 20

The Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations has recently reviewed the cadastral values ​​of real estate in the municipalities of Spain. The new cadastral values ​​will enter into force on the 2013 Real Estate Tax (IBI) receipt.

September 20 is the last day for which the notification can be obtained electronically, although it can be done in person at any cadastral information point until December 16, 2012.

To obtain the electronic notification you must enter the Cadastre electronic office enter the identification key that all real estate owners have received by mail.
