Municipalities, EMD and County Councils that have the e-TRAM or e-TRACC and have the AOC Consortium's electronic notification module active (e-NOTUM), can activate an option for collect consent citizen to make electronic notifications. With e-TRAM, this option is available to all us that have e-NOTUM, and for formalities, whether municipal or county, where theauthentication at the beginning of it.
There are currently twenty five us that already have this option enabled, although there are a fortnight more in the high-tech phase, an issue that will be resolved in the coming days.
In these cases, at the time when a procedure generates an administrative act that requires a notification process, the entity has the corresponding collection of the consent of the interested party, in compliance with current legal provisions, and therefore may make the notification by electronic means.
It is important to note that e-TRAM allows the collection of consent, however does not handle data transfer to e-NOTUM automatically. In this sense we are working to integrate e-TRAM towards file solutions (SGE) and these towards e-NOTUM, so that it is the latter that, from the file, generate the connection to e-NOTUM , to handle notification.
