Between May 29 and June 11, we carried out a virtual edition of the Registry Entity Operator course. idCAT, through the Punttic platform. Two operators from the Mataró City Council and two from the Cornellà de Llobregat City Council participated in this pilot edition.
In addition to a thorough review of the theoretical content of the course, the virtual course allows students to learn at their own pace (each enters the course at any time) and does not have to move, as they can do it from any computer. (both from work and staff). Although it may seem that in a virtual course the contact with the trainer is not as direct as in a face-to-face course, the Punttic platform allows dialogues between the different students, private dialogues between students and teacher, and publish course information for the students .
