Agreement between the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the AOC Consortium to develop the Valisa Electrònica project

La Resolution GRI / 1670/2012, of 2 August, (DOGC no. 6201, of 28.8.2012) has published the Agreement signed between the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the AOC Consortium to develop the Valisa Electrònica project.

By means of the Agreement of 24 January 2012, the Government approved a set of measures and corporate projects that must be developed in 2012 to deploy electronic administration in the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, among which, includes that of Valisa Electrònica, which must allow the sending of documentation between bodies of the Generalitat and between units of the same body electronically, with the corresponding exit and entry settlements.

The purpose of this agreement is to entrust the AOC Consortium with the development of this project. The collaboration between the DG of Processes and Electronic Administration (DGPAE), which is the promoter of the project, and the AOC Consortium, as developer, must foster the possibilities of developing the valisa service on the extranet of the Catalan public administrations (EACAT) and promote the reuse of currently available technological solutions.

This new functionality ofEACAT It strengthens and expands the platform and will have a positive impact on the provision of a new service and also on current inter-administrative processing services.
