New service: Unemployment benefits

We would like to inform you that a new Via Oberta service will be activated on October 27th Unemployment benefits, with three types of consultation.
The issuer of the data for the new service is the State Public Employment Service, SPEE-INEM, which under the addendum to the Collaboration Agreement of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Administration with the AOC Consortium for the provision Mutual Society of e-government services, makes the following information available to the Catalan administrations:
1) Current unemployment situation. Through this type of consultation, it will be possible to obtain information on the current situation of benefits received by an unemployed person. Specifically:
-The type of benefit received by the citizen
-The situation of this benefit (HIGH or LOW)
-The start and end dates of the current legal situation
-The total number of days recognized on the total right
-The number of days consumed
-The daily regulatory base
-The Common Contingency Base
-The indicators of judicial retention, embargo and undue collection.
2) Current amounts. By means of this modality it will be possible to consult the amounts of the benefits currently received by an unemployed person. Specifically:
-The type of benefit or subsidy of the last recognized right
-The start and end date of the current legal situation
-The daily regulatory base
-The amount of the gross amount
-The amount of the fixed fee of the REASS
-The amount of withholding tax
-The amount of the social security discount.
3) Amounts per period. Through this modality, it will be possible to consult the benefits received by an unemployed person for a certain period of time. The required period may not be more than 5 years from the current date and may not exceed one year. This query will provide the following information:
-The start and end date of the current legal situation
-The amount of the gross amount
-The amount of the fixed fee of the REASS
-The amount of withholding tax
-The amount of the social security discount.
In the course of the week of October 24 will be published in the website of the AOC Consortium the Service Letter and the SPEE-INEM Data Access Request Form.
