Access to public information: a fundamental right of citizenship
In recent times, in addition to the work to improve the platform, progress has also been made in the integration of e-TRAM into file platforms.
Concerned Llagostera City Council (Gironès), -which acted as an e-TRAM integration pilot with the Girona Provincial Council's file solution-, from this week it is already up and running.
Specifically, 4 procedures have been parameterized in the e-TRAM:
The first three procedures have been integrated with the file platform provided by the Girona Provincial Council, so that once the citizen has completed the procedure with the e-TRAM, the public worker, from the back-office itself of the e-TRAM can create an action that sends all the information of the application to the tool of management of files, obtaining like this a number of file and creating the cover of the same. From now on, the management of the procedure will have to be continued from the file platform, but with the possibility of reporting status changes to the e-TRAM citizen folder.
It should also be noted that the work with the Llagostera City Council has also achieved a second important milestone: when the citizen makes the entry settlement, the e-TRAM points to the ERES electronic register of the City Council, - served in ASP mode by the Diputació de Girona-, instead of doing so in the EACAT telematic auxiliary register.
Based on this experience, it will be necessary to define the steps to be followed to promote this system in the other councils where the deployment of file solutions is being worked on, as well as the possibility of making the entries in the ERES register of each entity. .
