The AOC consolidates its chatbots with AI: more people served, high level of quality and 96% savings
A conference was held in the plenary hall of the Valles Occidental County Council on 3 February to explain the new regulatory framework derived from Law 29/2010, of 3 August, on the use of electronic media in the sector. of Catalonia, and Law 26/201, of 3 August, on the legal and procedural regime of the public administrations of Catalonia and the services offered by the AOC Consortium.
The presentation of the event was given by eva pardo, auditor of Localret and the City Council of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and special delegate of the College of Secretaries and Auditors in the field of e-government.
They participated Jordi Cases, Secretary General of Barcelona City Council and the Localret Consortium, who spoke on e-government in local governments; Carlos Lloveras, head of the legal services of Localret, who explained the innovations introduced by Law 26/2010 in the field of e-government and the impetus and changes in inter-administrative coordination as a result of Law 29/2010.
Finally, Carles ferrer, head of projects in the Implementation Area of the AOC Consortium, focused on the regulatory framework on which e-government is based and, more specifically, the main services that the AOC Consortium makes available to local bodies to provide I comply.
