Castellar del Vallès City Council has joined a working group promoted by AOC consortium to implement the One-Stop Shop for Business in local bodies, in collaboration with the Department of Business and Employment of the Generalitat. The aim of the project is to simplify the procedures that entrepreneurs, companies and industrialists present to public administrations, so that they become more agile, simple and effective.
The Catalan Government considers it a priority to promote a change in the relationship model between companies and the Administration. This change in model involves, on the one hand, the modification of procedures in order to streamline and simplify unnecessary administrative burdens, and on the other hand, this new model involves the implementation of the One-Stop Shop Business, which must incorporate all the procedures and services that companies may need to carry out their activity throughout their life cycle, regardless of which administration is responsible for these procedures.
According to the coordinating councilor of the Central Services area of Castellar, Òscar Lomas, "the City Council wants to become a municipal benchmark in terms of eliminating waste."eres that companies may have when submitting procedures to the Administration”. “Participation in this project of the AOC Consortium – he adds – must serve so that companies have access to a modern administration of the 21st century.”

From there you can access other services of the AOC Consortium such as the e-TAULER, the electronic bulletin board and edicts, which allows citizens to consult, via the Internet, the official communications of the City Council, and the e-TRAM, of which it was the pilot municipality in its development. In fact, this July marks 7 years since its launch.
