The main objective of the e-TRAM training is to provide attendees with an overview of the operation of the service, to know the organizational aspects that surround it, and to have a first approach on where the service will evolve to medium term, to make the most efficient use of it.
During the year 2011 they have been made 14 training sessions e-TRAM in Catalonia. Specifically, five sessions in Barcelona, four in Girona, three in Lleida and two in Tarragona, all of them free and lasting four hours, which has meant training a total of 147 public workers, with a very positive average rating, specifically of 8,4 10 on.
Although the assessment of the training is essential for us to know if it fits the needs, the training also serves us to obtain a certain feedback. So, with satisfaction surveys we determine the strongest and weakest aspects, and we have contributions that help us improve.
Based on the surveys, we can state that the convenience with which the citizen can do the procedures via e-TRAM, as well as the availability of the citizen folder, continues to be valued very positively, but they also indicate that it is necessary to make a greater effort in dissemination of service to the public, a responsibility that corresponds to the local world, where the AOC Consortium can collaborate.
Another highlight is the need detected by public workers to move forward under work models that facilitate an agile incorporation of the solution into organizations. This is an aspect that the service wants to promote next year, and it is not enough to improve aspects of self-management and usability, but it will also be necessary. to work in the dissemination of working models optimal from the existing good practices in the territory.
Overall, the training proposal for 2012 will maintain a similar number of sessions in the territory, but from the second semester, and according to demand, it is expected to include a first advanced level training for those who want to get more out of the service.
