ORDER GAP/570/2009, of 10 December, establishes that from 1 March 2010 the transmission of acts and agreements of local governments to the Generalitat will be carried out by electronic means. That is why you have at your disposal on the platform EACAT this service promoted by the General Directorate of Local Administration of the Department of Governance and Public Administrations.
This service, which can be used at any time, aims to provide speed and agility to the presentation of acts and agreements through the use of the different components (electronic signature, check-in and check-out, etc.) of the extranet of the Catalan administrations, EACAT, which is managed by the AOC Consortium, and is added to the set of services already available to facilitate inter-administrative processing.
Users of local entities will find this new service in the "Secretariat" tab of the "Procedures" section under the name "Transmission of acts and agreements" and it requires the electronic signature of the town hall secretary.
Regarding the file format, the electronic transmission service for minutes and agreements ofEACAT allows documents to be attached in the format in which they were prepared (any text file format). Optionally, a template can also be used through an intelligent form available in the “Form” section, intended for those entities interested ineressatisfied with having a complete minutes model or who do not want to attach just a text file.
It should also be noted that during the month of March inEACAT The old “Proceedings Archive” service will continue to be available for entities that used it until now. As of April 1, only the search engine to access documents sent so far with this tool will remain from this service.
