The Digicanvis Observatory: share and inspire other councils
In compliance with Law 11/2007, on electronic access of citizens to public services, the counties of the Alt Urgell, Conca de Barberà, Garrigues, Garrotxa, Montsià, Pallars Jussà, Pla d'Urgell, Ribera d'Ebre and Terra Alta they have managed to be among the first in all of Catalonia to have the e-TRAM service for all their municipalities.
Citizens of the 154 municipalities that include these counties will be able, from any place and at any time, to access information on the procedures of their city council, initiate and formalize any application and consult the status and content of their procedures.
This milestone has been achieved thanks to the support of the county councils with which the AOC Consortium has formalized a collaboration agreement.
In addition, all these county councils have also joined the e-TRAC, the management module specially designed for county councils.
It should be noted that, depending on the procedure to be carried out, it will be necessary to use a digital certificate, such as theIDCAT which issues theCatalan Certification Agency.
At the moment, in Catalonia there are (PDF; 22KB) and (PDF; 10KB).
