The Provincial Council of Barcelona implements the e.FACT

The Diputació de Barcelona, ​​with the collaboration of the AOC Consortium, has implemented the procedure for accepting electronic invoices (DiBa-e.FACT), through which suppliers can send invoices electronically.

Thanks to this new service that speeds up the processing of invoices, the Provincial Council has adopted the commitment to make the payment within a general term of only 30 days, applicable to ordinary invoices that have completed their processing (despite the current regulations obligates public administrations to process payments within 60 days).

With the DiBa-e.FACT, its users can know at all times the processing status of the invoices, whether they have already been registered and accepted and, consequently, allows better planning of their treasury.
