Interview with Joan A. Olivares: "The AOC Consortium as a tool for inter-administrative cooperation"

The managing director of the AOC Consortium, Joan A. Olivares, has been interviewed by 'Club de Innovación', a free e-newsletter that provides practical information to those working on innovation in the public administration sector and provides information on initiatives that they are setting up administrations and their supplier companies.

In the interview, the managing director emphasizes that the challenge of the AOC Consortium is to continue helping any Catalan administration to advance in the development of e-government 'as far as it wants, taking into account the diversity of institutions'. In addition, Olivares points out that, at the country level, the Consortium wants to help prevent an 'institutional fracture' in the possibilities of offering services to citizens by those entities with less economic and management capacity.
