ORDER GAP / 570/2009, of 10 December, establishes that from 1 March 2010 the transmission of acts and agreements of local governments to the Generalitat must be carried out by electronic means. That is why, from that date, this service was launched through the extranet of the Catalan administrations, EACAT.
In its first month of operation, in March of this year, through the new service "Transmission of acts and agreements of local governments" were presented in the electronic register of the territorial services of Government and Public Administrations a total of 1.410 acts of the governing bodies of local bodies. From then until May 26, there are 4.066.
This service, which can be used at any time, provides greater speed and agility to the presentation of minutes and agreements regulated in local legislation by making use of the different components (electronic signature, check-in and check-out, etc.) of theEACATThis submission is added to the set of services already available to facilitate processing between the public administrations of Catalonia.
