AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review
The Councilor for Governance and Public Administrations and president of the Open Electronic Administration Consortium of Catalonia (Consorci AOC), Jordi Ausàs, and the president of the Official College of Agricultural Engineers of Catalonia, Josep Maria Rofes, signed on Monday 18 January a collaboration agreement for the development of electronic information exchange services. The managing director of the AOC Consortium, Joan A. Olivares, also attended.
The aim of this agreement is to promote electronic information exchange services between the two entities and to simplify administrative procedures, with the consequent saving of time and costs in administrative procedures. Citizens, companies and professionals as well as public administrations benefit from this collaboration agreement.
According to the agreement, the platforms of the AOC Consortium and the Official College of Agricultural Engineers will be interconnected so that the administrations can access electronically the technical documentation approved by the College. In this way, the Catalan administrations will be able to have access to the telematic consultation services of the documents archived in digital support by the College.
All these processes will always be carried out with the relevant guarantees of authorship, integrity, authenticity, traceability and security in the data transaction. Electronic transmissions of information will be made through a secure channel and using the electronic signatures of the AOC Consortium and the College.
The Department of Governance and Public Administrations has so far promoted a total of nine agreements with different professional associations to make the Administration ever more agile.
