The AOC participates in the GovTech conference on local innovation at the service of citizens
To receive notifications electronically, you must make a request through theVirtual Procedures Office (OVT) and have a digital certificate such asIDCAT of the Catalan Certification Agency. Electronic notification is free of charge and has the same legal effects as paper notification.
The STC has developed this project thanks to the collaboration of the Directorate General of Citizen Services, theOffice for the Development of Electronic Administration and Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia.
Apart from the request to subscribe to electronic notifications, there are other procedures that can be done electronically:

Presentation of allegations and resources of the traffic penalty procedure.

Identification of the driver.

Request for return of undue income.
The procedure is done via the Internet in application of the entry into force on November 25 of the third and last phase of the new Traffic Law (Law 18/2009, of November 23, by which the articulated text of the Law on traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of March 2, in the matter of penalties), is modified.
