New platform to carry out patrimonial operations with the Generalitat

The Generalitat de Catalunya, Localret and the College of Property and Mercantile Registrars of Catalonia, with the collaboration of the AOC Consortium and the Catalan Certification Agency – CATCert, have developed a technological platform that allows the realization of certain patrimonial operations between the Generalitat de Catalunya and local Catalan entities through electronic means, without the need for joint physical presence at a certain headquarters, and it is automatically transferred to the Land Registry for registration.
