AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review
Thanks to this agreement, universities will be able to work electronically and speed up many of their procedures, such as document registration, archiving, billing or voting. The need for paper documentation will also be eliminated.
The Department of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise, the Consortium for Electronic Administration of Catalonia, and the Catalan public universities and the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), signed an agreement on Wednesday 11 February to promote and develop online administration .
This agreement is a definitive step in the construction of a network and a project for the future between Catalan public universities and the UOC. The centers will work together to consolidate an integrated system of innovative universities, which enhances synergies and projects in training, research and knowledge transfer. The aim is to become a quality benchmark on the international university scene, especially in Europe, and at the same time strengthen its important contribution to the cultural, social and economic development of Catalonia.
