El Consortium Open Electronic Administration of Catalonia (AOC Consortia) has signed an agreement with the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers of Catalonia (COECT) and another with the Official College of Technical Telecommunications Engineers of Catalonia (COETTC) for the development of telematic services for the exchange of information. The agreements aim to regulate the collaboration between the AOC Consortium and the two engineering colleges in order to promote telematic services for the exchange of information between the colleges, their members and the Catalan administrations. So that these exchanges of information allow simplify administrative procedures, which require approved technical documentation, in order to save time and costs in administrative procedures for the benefit of citizens, companies, professionals and public administrations.

These telematic services will allow the Catalan administrations - at the request of the members or their clients - to access and consult electronically the visa documents archived in digital support by the colleges, with guarantees of authorship, integrity and authenticity, so that enjoy full validity in the corresponding administrative files. To make it effective, both the AOC Consortium and the engineering colleges agree to develop the necessary services and mechanisms that allow the interconnection between the Consortium's platform and the platforms of each of the schools, so that the transmissions between the platforms be done through a secure channel and with the use of electronic signatures of each organism, which guarantees at all times security and confidentiality in information exchanges between all platforms.

One of the priority telematics services in the scope of this agreement is the transmission by electronic means of approved projects of common telecommunications infrastructure of the buildings in the Secretariat of Telecommunications and Information Society of the Department of Governance and Public Administrations. This electronic transmission to the STSI has been the main requester of this collegial information, which is why it has collaborated in the process of drawing up these agreements.
