The AOC Consortium, CATCert and the ODAE present at the XIII Congress of the Latin American Center for Development Administration

El Congress of the Latin American Center for Development Administration (CLAD), which was held between the fourth and seventh of November in the Argentine city of Buenos Aires, dealt with the reform of the State and public administration. The representaants of the AOC Consortium Catalan Certification Agency ' CATCert i theOffice for the Development of Electronic Administration (ODAE) they participated specifically in the area of ​​electronic government and the construction of digital citizenship.

According to the CLAD program, with the conferences of the AOC Consortium and the ODAE, the aim was to explain the history and current situation of the Catalan model of interoperability as the organizational and technological approach that allows any Catalan administration to fully develop and interoperate (for medium plus agreement to its technological maturity) with the rest of the public actors.

Under the thematic umbrella 'How to achieve joint and continuous progress of the different administrations in electronic government?: the model of cooperation between the Catalan administrations', on Thursday November XNUMXth, their interventions were made by the AOC Consortium, its director manager, Joan A. For its part, Cervera Console, director of the ODAE, gave her conference on how to deal with the organizational impact of interoperability, using the Generalitat de Catalunya as an example.
