A new service of the AOC Consortium will allow the Catalan administrations to use a telematic notification service

This new service, which is expected to be operational in October 2006, will allow administrations to publish electronic notifications. Notification is the official form of communication between the administration and citizens, therefore telematic notifications must meet the following objectives: the publication of notifications and the creation of a secure communication channel based on digital signatures to respond to the legal needs of the process. The channel will guarantee the identity of the user, the confidentiality of the data, and will be able to prove the date and time of receipt of the notification and access to the internet.eresSat/da to the information.
