The Digicanvis Observatory: share and inspire other councils
Last June 12, the signing of the collaboration agreement with the AOC Consortium for the implementation of the e-TRAM municipal telematic processing module took place at the headquarters of the La Noguera County Council.
This agreement was digitally signed by Mr. Josep Roig i Armengou, president of the Noguera County Council and Mr. Joan A. Olivares i Obis, Managing Director of the AOC Consortium.
The signing of this agreement was done in the framework of an explanatory session and adherence to the projects of the Open and Electronic Administration Consortium in the County Council of La Noguera addressed to mayors and secretaries of the region. This session was also attended by Josep Llopis, director of the project development area of the Catalan Certification Agency and Lluís Just, representative of Localret, who explained the projects of the AOC Consortium from the perspective of the col · collaboration and exchange of information between administrations as well as the operation of the eaCat platform, the extranet of Catalan public administrations.
During the event, attendees were able to see a practical demonstration of e-TRAM using an electronic signature.
