Badalona City Council and the AOC Consortium have signed a collaboration agreement through which citizens who change their residence will be able to communicate their new address to the administrations via the Internet, as well as make the online consultation of flyers of the municipal register of inhabitants at the request of a public administration.
They have signed the agreement, the Ilma. Mrs. Maite Arqué i Ferrer, Mayor President of Badalona City Council, assisted by Mr. Juan Ignacio Soto Valle, general secretary of the corporation and Mr. Joan A. Olivares i Obis, Managing Director of the AOC Consortium.
The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by Mr. Jordi Pericàs i Torguet, General Manager of Localret 'Consortium of Local Governments for the Information Society- and Mr. Eduard Tortajada i Molina, Councilor for Government.
The aim of the project of telematic issuance of leaflets of the municipal register of inhabitants is to avoid that the citizen has to present certificates or leaflets of the municipal register of inhabitants in paper in any public or private organism, and, to obtain it, It is proposed to offer an inter-administrative collaboration service that facilitates the exchange of information from citizens regarding their place of residence necessary for carrying out various procedures and procedures.
Citizens' access to these telematic services will be made solely and exclusively through the municipal web portal.
