The Digicanvis Observatory: share and inspire other councils
Last Tuesday, May 16, at the headquarters of the Regional Council of Les Garrigues in Les Borges Blanques (Lleida), it took place, under the presidency of Mr. Juli Muro i Manso, president of the Council, the holding of an explanatory Session and adherence to the projects of the AOC Consortium.
With the assistance of different mayors and secretaries of the region, Joan A. Olivares, managing director of the Consortium together with Jordi Masias, director of the Catalan Certification Agency - CATCert and Lucio Villasol, head of Localret Projects explained the projects of the AOC Consortium from the perspective of collaboration and the exchange of information between the administrations as well as the operation of the eaCat platform, the extranet of the Catalan public administrations.
During the event, which was well received, the adhesion agreements to the e-TRAM project, the Municipal Processing Module, and that of the County Council as the idCAT Registration Entity were signed electronically . Finally, the attendees saw a practical demonstration of the e-TRAM using electronic signature.
