The Digicanvis Observatory: share and inspire other councils
The project, awarded through a public tender, aims to provide the local administration with an entry and exit register, both in person and online, with the ability to link with file managers and other information systems. of corporations with standard connectors.
The Diputació de Tarragona and the town councils of Mataró and Reus are active agents of the project as well as the bodies that will carry the pilots. The fact that a Provincial Council is involved means that 65 more councils will join.
It is expected that this service will be operational from the second quarter of 2007. The AOC Consortium is thus advancing to the adaptation of the legal framework established by the Law for the electronic access of citizens to public administrations. For its part, the rest of the existing records will have to be updated.
Technically, this web application can work in two ways: installed on the machines of a local administration or within the eaCAT platform. It is a web application that can be installed on your own systems (on free software application and database servers and also on some commercial products) or accessed via the web which is served in ASP mode. from a supramunicipal body.
The registration engine can be integrated with any management or telematic processing tool through the web services catalog (7 × 24) offered by the AOC Consortium. These services make it possible to make entries and research on the register book and to integrate the telematic registration service with the telematic notification projects, e-TRAM and eaCat.
The telematic register acts by defining standard interfaces to access databases specific to each entity to standardize sources / destinations, interested parties, etc.
Access to these web services is always made through a secure encrypted channel and electronically signing all operations to ensure non-repudiation.
