The General Council of the Electronic Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia approves the budget for 2006

On November 30, the meeting of the General Council of the AOC Consortium was held at the Department of Governance and Public Administrations. The meeting detailed the situation of the 2005 projects and their forecast for the period 2006. The budgets for 2006 were also approved.

The General Council is the governing and higher administrative body of the Consortium. It is made up of 18 members distributed as follows: 11 members in representaof the Generalitat of Catalonia and 7 members in representaof the Localret Consortium. The presidency and vice-presidency of the Council fall respectively on the Hon. Mr. Joan Carretero, Minister of Governance and Public Administrations and on Mr. Jordi Valls, president of Localret and mayor of Manresa.
