The Digicanvis Observatory: share and inspire other councils
Last Tuesday, June 20, and within the framework of the AOC days organized jointly by the AOC Consortium and the County Council, two collaboration agreements were digitally signed with the Solsonès County Council. One of them referred to the implementation of the municipal telematic processing module e-TRAM, one of the projects of the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia and the other agreement, with the Catalan Certification Agency, an autonomous body that depends on the AOC Consortium, will allow the Solsonès County Council to become a collaborating registration entity idCAT. In other words, it will be able to validate the digital identity of citizens.
The e-TRAM membership agreement was signed by Mr. Joan Serra i Caball, president of the Solsonès County Council and by Mr. Joan A. Olivares i Obis, Managing Director of the AOC Consortium.
The e-TRAM is the municipal management module for Internet applications and procedures integrated into the AOC Consortium platform. The access to this service is through the website of the city council that has joined the e-TRAM project.
The agreement for the provision of idCAT digital certification services was signed by Mr. Joan Serra i Caball, president of the Solsonès County Council and Mr. Lucio Villasol, vice-president of the Catalan Certification Agency.
