Benestar i Família adheres to the Telematic Padró AOC project

One of the main challenges of the AOC Consortium is to improve inter-administrative collaboration to gain internal efficiency and save citizens time and procedures. It is in this sense that the Padró Telemátic AOC project has become one of the emblematic projects of the Consortium. This service allows the online consultation of flyers from the municipal register of inhabitants at the request of a public administration, a citizen or a private entity within the framework of a procedure that requires the accreditation of the address of residence (the that appears in the register) and with respect to the data protection law.

The fact that this project allows citizens to request a registry flyer at any time and from any place means that they save on trips to a municipal office to request a registry flyer and save on taking them to the Administration that requires proof of address. For the city council representa a reduction in queues at the window, economic savings in issuing flyers and an improvement in the image of the institution to citizens.

It is now, within the framework of the Padró Telemátic project, that the Department of Welfare and Family of the Generalitat de Catalunya has joined the project by carrying out consultations on residence and cohabitation flyers, avoiding requirements for the services of the Secretariat of the Family for benefits and aid to families and from the Catalan Institute of Assistance and Social Services (ICASS) for the individual attribution of pensions and non-contributory benefits.

In addition to the electronic consultation of registration forms, we have incorporated a new administration into the address communication project, this is the Tax Agency (AEAT) which, through the Ministry of Public Administrations, can now receive address communications from councils integrated into the project.
