56 municipalities in Catalonia with the e-TRAM on their website

As of March 2006, 56 town halls have incorporated e-TRAM into their websites and 1700 procedures have already been completed. Currently, the e-TRAM Municipal Procedures Module offers town halls the possibility of offering almost 40 different procedures from their website, with each town hall selecting the procedures that interest them most.eressenior

Recently, councils such as Castellbisbal, Sant Hilari Sacalm, Sant Joan les Fonts and Sant Llorenç d'Hortons have joined the e-TRAM.

The e-TRAM allows municipalities to offer a value-added service for the citizen at a very low cost and without the need to make any investment in equipment, software and maintenance; take advantage of the infrastructure of the AOC platform and exchange information with other administrations; customize your service offer and the requirements of each procedure and initiate any request on behalf of the citizen and self-manage the entire procedure cycle, among other advantages.
