[Resolved][External] Incident detected and resolved in the operation of the tools eLicita (27/03/2026 11:15 – 12:15)

The Department of Economy and Finance has informed us that today, 27 / 03 / 2027, between the 11pm and 15pm, an incident has occurred affecting the antivirus used by these tools, which could have affected the submission of offers and response to tender requirements on time, during the duration of the problem.

The incident is currently resolved and the tools are working normally.
