[Resolved][External] Issue detected and resolved in the tools eLicita (17/10/2025 14:30 p.m. to 15:00 p.m.)

The Department of Economy and Finance has informed us that between 14:30 p.m. and 15:00 p.m. there was a service outage on the tools. eLicita.

At this point, the incident has been resolved and services are operating normally.
