It has detected and resolved an incident that affected the services of Via Oberta offered by the General Directorate of Police, idCATMobile, idCAT Certificate and Video Identification.

Services affected:

  • Queries from Via Oberta/interoperability of the General Directorate of Police
  • idCAT Mobile – registration (online without certificate and by video identification)
  • idCAT certificate – Issuance of certificates idCAT from the Registration Entities
