[Resolved] Incident detected in the Unified Registry service (MUX)

09/04/2019 12:55: The incident that affected the Unified Registry service (MUX) is currently resolved. The mode of consumption MUX-CONSULT is already enabled.

Due to this incident, the services that generate records have been affected as the entry could not be generated correctly. The affected services have been: EACAT Processing, e-FACT, e-VALISA, e-LICITA, PSCP, e-TRAM, e-NOTUM and e-TAULER.

09/04/2019 10:05: An incident has been detected when making settlements.

09/04/2019 09:00: An incident has been detected that affects the Unified Registry service (MUX). Temporarily the mode of consumption MUX-CONSULTA is disabled due to maintenance work.

Work is underway to resolve it as soon as possible.
