23/12/2019 12:00: The incident, as confirmed to us by the Department, is caused by the corporate antivirus used by e-Procurement tools.

The following features are affected:

• Upload documents to the publications of the Public Procurement Services Platform.
• Upload the documentation to the online offers.
• Decrypt Digital Envelope offers. In this sense, decrypted bids include the virus indicator on the file.
• Submit bids. They are left in the step of uploading the signed summary document.
