[Resolved][External]Incidence detected when reporting VAT rates for minors in the RPC

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

The Department of the Vice Presidency, Economy and Finance has reported that an error has been detected that affects the upload of the excel file for minors to the RPC, if the VAT type is reported in it. The literal error shown in the tool is “The field Award amount with multiple VAT cannot be reported without the multiple VAT field”

The incident is expected to be resolved next week. In the meantime, minors can continue to upload their excel files to the RPC, informing the award amount with and without VAT and leaving the VAT rate blank.

The problem does not affect the burden of reduced minors.

These services are now available again.
