[Resolved] [External] Availability of the “Scholarship Income Certificate” for the 2018 financial year

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

The “Scholarship Income Certificate” for 2018 is not currently available. It has been verified with the AEAT that the income tax certificate on which the "Certificate of Income for Scholarships" is calculated is not returning all the boxes necessary to be able to calculate it. When the AEAT informs of the equivalent alternative boxes with which to calculate the income certificate for scholarships, the provision of the service will be resumed.

Consumption from 1 July to 07 August is affected by this incident and the results obtained may not be reliable. Until the AEAT resumes the service, it will be necessary to apply for and review the “scholarship income certificates” on paper.
