[Resolved][External] Incident detected in the services Via Oberta, idCATMobile, idCAT Certificate and Video Identification

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, an incident has been detected that affects the services of Via Oberta, idCATPhone, idCAT Certificate i Video identification. Most interoperability services provided by the State may experience intermittent outages.

Work is underway to resolve it as soon as possible.

Services affected: 

  • Queries from Via Oberta/interoperability of the General State Administration
  • idCAT Mobile – registration (online without certificate and by video identification)
  • idCAT certificate – Issuance of certificates idCAT from the Registration Entities
